Refund policy

1. Quality Guarantee:
We stand by the quality of our baklava and ensure it leaves our bakery in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of baklava.

3. Refunds and Replacements:
In cases of quality concerns or damage during transit, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in preparation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
