What Is Dubai Chocolate?

Dubai chocolate is the pistachio-filled chocolate bar that went viral worldwide — a thick chocolate shell wrapped around a filling of pistachio cream and crispy kataifi, the shredded phyllo used in knafeh (kunafa). Jackie's version is handmade fresh in Los Angeles by an artisan Middle Eastern baker — not imported, not mass-produced — with the same organic ingredients used in our baklava.
