A friend brought me some of Jackie's pistachio baklavas. They were by far the best baklavas I have ever tasted! I like to take baklavas when I go backpacking--as a treat for the end of a hard day hiking and because they keep well without refrigeration. I've been on a hunt for really good baklavas and now the hunt has ended!
